ETYMOLOGY

Ancient Greeks believed that four liquids (called humours), flowed through our bodies. Each one of these fluids was associated with a different personality characteristic, so their relative proportions were thought to determine a person’s temperament and overall health.

  • Unlike mass producers we have the privilege of being able to use the freshest of ingredients. No additives, coloring's or concentrated flavors are used in our beer.

  • We have produced thousands of liters of beer and experimented with endless different recipes whilst fine tuning our production techniques. This enabled us to produce what we believe to be some of the best beers in the market.

  • Given a choice between quantity and quality we chose the latter. Our brewing process is so laborious and attentive that there is an implied limit of how much beer we can ultimately produce. We hope though that the results of this extra care and attention are reflected on the quality of our product.
